Event Request Form
Deposit:
A fully-refundable booking deposit of $100 will be due when/if your event is approved. The deposit will be returned if the Lodge room is cleaned and returned to good order following the event. Details are available at the Lodge.
Cancellation:
Please do your best to advise if an event is cancelled. Often times, others may have wanted to host something in that same time frame. Please do your best to give us at least 10 days notice or advise as soon as possible. Thank you!
